Where should I send my inquiry or order?

All inquiries, orders, and other correspondence can be sent by email at: info@protoedge.com with file attachments up to 100 MB are possible in a zipped file folder.

 

When can I count on receiving a quote from ProtoEdge?

We do not offer instant quotation, but we generally provide quotations for CNC Machining, SLA, FDM, PolyJet, and Metal 3D printing within 2 hours, unless otherwise specified. RFQs for Injection molding, urethane casting, die castings, investment castings, rotational molding, and sheet metal fabrication usually takes 2-3 days to generate.

 

Does ProtoEdge manufacture individual component parts and short-run production quantities?

Yes, we offer very small batch quantities or short-run pilot production parts or in some cases mass production.

 

How long is your quote valid for?

Our quotation are binding for 30 days.

 

What kind of lead-time can I expect on placed orders?

Lead-time delivery is provided on all quotations for all technology processes and shipping is confirmed after receipt of PO for the order.

 

What are your terms and conditions specifications?

What if my needs are “Special” or not covered by the available options?

Does ProtoEdge accepts credit cards?

Yes, American Express, Master Card, and Visa.

 

What file formats does ProtoEdge accept?

STEP format files are preferred, but we can accept, .IGES, .STL, .SLDPRT, .DFX, Parasolid.x_t, and, 2D drawing pdf prints.

 

What are the geometric tolerances for parts?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have customers all over.

 

How much does a part (s) cost?

There are many variables to consider that goes into determining the price of a component – geometry of the file, model size, material, tolerances, and lead-time.
